How quick does my order arrive?

How do you contact me about my order?
———- Make sure you check the email you entered when you placed the order. Sometimes we may need to communicate with you regarding your order, and email is our first source of contact. If we can’t reach you there, we will contact you via phone.

The check out page box labeled “Non-Troop Orders ONLY: Which troop is to receive Referral Credit?” is a bit lengthy and randomly listed the drop-down troop number list.
———- Yes, the list is long and random, but if you notice it states that if you “enter partial troop number to perform search in box below” it will narrow down the list greatly. For example, if you type in 123, you would get every group with 123 in their user name, then you would select the appropriate one as the referring group. If you type in Kentucky, you will get every group in Kentucky. A minimum of 3 characters is needed to begin the search.
Also, where it is says “Troop Member Name To Receive Credit” on checkout page, you can type in whatever information you desire. For example, ‘Jack Frost with group KY1234’ as the person who referred them to the site to receive credit.
I am concerned about the shipping costs.
———- Heart & Soul Candies is unable to control the cost of shipping. We have added the feature of allowing you to choose the best method for you, either UPS or USPS Priority or Flat Rate. The webstore automatically calculates the box size needed for the products you have chosen, then gives you options to select your shipping method at checkout.
Do I have to purchase certain products for the group to get credit?
———-No matter which products you choose from our webstore, the group will always get credit for the sale. So choose whatever you desire from our site!
I checked out and forgot to add the group that referred me!
———-No Worries! You can email us the information at email@example.com. Also, if we find an order with out a referral attached, we will contact you via email/phone. So make sure you check your email for communications from us about your order! If for some reason, we do not hear from you within 14 days, we will choose the group that is closest to your address for credit.
